Designing a logo

Gero Wallisch Webdesign is a small but ambitioned web agency that diligently codes and maintains websites for clients. The Problem was: a visual brand was missing.


In a consultation we defined the key values to the brand: clean, solid, straightforward. What's needed is a logo and a type combination to display these.

From an experimental visual brainstorming, the idea of the geometrical look got developed.  The initial letters G & W were formed based on a sketch of perfect circles and lines.


The diagonal gap separating  those letters forms an upward arrow, that's being associated with trustworthiness and efficency.
